Heidi Dawson, MBA, RN
Heidi is one of our senior physician recruiters. She is a former OR nurse, turned administrator, turned agency physician recruiter. She prides herself upon the fact that she has the highest retention rate within our firm for the clients she has personally placed, which she attributes to a borderline obsessive need to learn the nuances and idiosyncrasies of her clients so that she can properly match them to that of prospective candidates.
Heidi has a biology degree from the University of Arkansas. She is a registered nurse and went back to graduate school after 5 years of nursing practice in order to get her MBA from Northwestern University, after which she began a career in hospital administration. As an administrator, she realized that the aspect of her job she enjoyed the most was recruitment which led to her approaching a Dallas-area physician recruitment agency for employment. She joins us with 12 years of physician recruitment experience.
Robert or “Bob” Montague is a former military recruiter and he spent an entire career recruiting for the armed forces and has received a number of levels of distinction in so doing. At retirement 16 years ago, Bob decided to try working for an agency physician and nurse recruiting firm and he recognized very quickly that his past in military recruitment was directly applicable to physician recruitment and he soon found himself highly successful even after retiring.
Bob generally works our physician executive search appointments and has a number of very prestigious recruitments to his credit, to include a number of CMO’s of major healthcare delivery systems. Bob works tirelessly and with an unsurpassed work ethic in pursuit of the perfect candidate for your search.
Timothy Daniels, CPA, FACMPE, FACHE
Tim is a former hospital administrator, as well as physician group practice administrator. He obtained both his undergraduate degree, as well as his Master of Public Accounting degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
In addition to being a very talented recruiter with almost 11 years of experience, Tim also conducts various forms of physician group practice administration consulting services and is considered by many to be the preeminent expert on revenue cycle management. Rarely does a month go by when one of our clients does not try to recruit Tim away as their administrator, but luckily for us Tim’s greatest talent is within our world of physician recruitment. Tim regularly conducts speaking engagements for various healthcare trade associations on the current state of affairs within physician recruitment. He is a fellow of both the American College of Medical Practice Executives, as well as the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Jennifer Rhol, MHA, MBA
Jen is a tireless recruiter who has been involved in a number of healthcare ventures prior to joining us. She began her careers as a pharmaceutical rep for Pfizer out of college and then returned to complete both her Master of Business Administration and Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina School of Public Health.
Jen has been an agency physician recruiter for 13 years. She has been published in Medical Economics and in Modern Healthcare.
